2.2 Health data (Apple Health / HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, the App reads your step count from Apple Health (HealthKit) to provide core features such as progress tracking and leaderboards.

The App does not use Health data for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and Health data is never sold.

2.3 Technical and diagnostics data

Depending on your device settings and whether you enable sharing, we may process limited diagnostics data (e.g., crash reports) to improve reliability and security.

3) How we use your data

• Provide App functionality (accounts, step tracking, leaderboards, syncing)
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations (if applicable)

4) Legal bases for processing (GDPR)

9) Managing Health permissions

You can control HealthKit permissions anytime in iOS:
Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → MOVE FAT POTATO
You can also stop using Health data by revoking permissions. Some features may be limited if you do so.

10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

11) Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12) Complaints

If you are in the EEA/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern.
